New Course Launched with the University of Toronto

CAABWA has been contracted by the University of Toronto (U of T) to develop and teach a new first year International Development Studies course that provides students the opportunities to experience first the realities, challenges and opportunities of learning with development organizations working in Africa.

Ontario Trillium Foundation Announces Grant Awards

CAABWA is pleased to announce that the Ontario Trillium Foundation has awarded the organization a $25,000 grant to assist more newcomer women to succeed in their own businesses. CAABWA will build capacity by conducting a needs assessment, building partnerships, establishing internal processes and policies and establishing an office and website.

Wisdom Exchange TV

The Wisdom Exchange is a resource to help African women to learn, lead and succeed in life, business, and community. It is a forum where women of all disciplines will be inspired from the achievements of African women in business, education, philanthropy and politics. These are the women that are the Change Agents of African companies, communities, countries and continent. They will inspire us to stretch our vision of what we can do, and what WE can be.
